Are you planning to bring a puppy in to the family? This is a very exciting time and they will bring lots of happiness and fun to your household! However, it is very hard to leave your puppy for the first time when you are going to be back at work or away then it is important that your puppy has as normal a routine as possible. Talley Wags can help by providing daily visits to help take care of your puppy while you are at work or away.

Puppies between the ages of 8-12 weeks will often require extra care and attention for example feeding as they require 3 meals a day, cleaning up of accidents, toilet training, and companionship. Puppy's minds at this stage are like sponges, they absorb all that is going on around them and can quickly develop good or bad behaviours. Good experiences and socializing with people is so important at this stage as the experiences a puppy has during this stage of their life's can affect how they will cope as an adult.

I offer an initial free, no obligation, consultation visit. I feel it is important to introduce myself to both you and your pet(s) to give you confidence that they are in the best possible hands. During the visit, I can discuss your pet(s) specific needs. I will also use this time to answer any questions you may have regarding my service and discuss key collection.

Once your puppy has had been fully vaccinated Talley Wags Pet Sitting can start taking them out for short walks, socializing it with other dogs, people and the outside environment. During this time we can reinforce any training you the dog owner has started.

Once your puppy has become a juvenile or adolescent at 6 months your puppy can join the normal adult dog walks. This will reinforce good social skills and will keep your dog well exercised and learn good behaviours off the other dogs on the walks.

 ½ Hour Visits

• Feeding as agreed

• Garden play and/or short walk
• Basic training, commands are previously agreed with the owners to keep continuity
• Socialising with other dogs, people and the outside environment.(this is previously agreed with the owner)
• Lots of TLC
• Cleaning up of any little accidents

1 hour Visits

• Feeding as agreed
• Clean water
• Garden play and longer walk as they get older
• Basic training, commands are previously agreed with the owners to keep continuity
• Socialising with other dogs, people and the outside environment.(this is previously agreed with the owner)
• Lots of TLC
• Cleaning up of any little accidents

Bitches And Puppies

If you have just bred your bitch and she has had her litter. It is always going to be a hard job caring for puppies as they start to grow and wean off their mum. It is even harder when it comes time for you to have to go back to work all day and you have a house full of little puppies and a mum during a long day that needs:

• Feeding around the clock
• Plenty over fresh Water

(as a litter of puppies find it very interesting tipping a full bowl of water over!)

• Toilet Breaks
• Plenty of TLC and play time inside and outside
• Reinforcing and foundation training that is been given by the owner
• To give mum that break away from the demanding puppies so she can have some all important time out.
• And that all important part THE MESS!

While you are at work Talley Wags can help. I can go into see your bitch and her puppies during the day as many times as you wish to check everything and everyone is okay and do all the job as above. So when you arrive home from work their day will have been broken up into nice sections so they can be fed at the times they need and there won't be as much mess to clean up either.
