Oscar & Max
My (son) Oscar has been having his daily walks with Sarah for many years. I say son as that is how precious he is to me and Sarah totally understands this. When Oz first started with Sarah he was not good with other dogs and used to pull me round on our walks which made walking him not as pleasurable as I had hoped. Within a short time with Sarah the difference was incredible. He is such a sociable and chilled out dog. There is only one person to thank for this turn around.
Towards the end of 2013 I was thinking that perhaps it was time to add to our Rhodesian Ridgeback family but I was concerned how I would cope being by myself. With Sarah’s help and guidance my doubts were quickly put to rest and Max was brought home. We have not looked back since! Having Sarah look after him since he was a puppy has meant that he has been socialised and trained from the start and he has grown in to such a loving dog.
Sarah and her team help in every aspect of the boys day to day life whether its walking, staying over with them when I am away or doing vet visits. Sarah really does go over and above and her passion for her work really shines through. We love the videos and pictures that she posts on the Talley Wags Facbook page which is further testament to how happy all the dogs are together and it is so lovely to see what they get up to on their walks. We also love the Christmas calendar that brings together a year in pictures of the life of the dogs at Talley Wags! To say Oscar, Max and I are lucky to have Sarah is an understatement. I can finally relax at work and on holiday knowing that they are being taken care of unquestionably. It has totally taken the worry of their safety and wellbeing away which we would not find anywhere else. To say that we recommend Sarah goes without question. Karen’s Pets
After being let down at the last minute, I searched for a reliable pet sitting firm to look after my large number of animals for two weeks while we went on a holiday of a lifetime.
We have 5 cats, 10 Guinea Pigs and 3 rabbits also tropical fish and goldfish I contacted Sarah at Talleywags and she arranged to come and see me.
After our initial meeting and finding out how many visits and the animal’s requirements she gave me a fantastic price. I was so relieved meeting Sarah knowing my animals where in capable hands. I contacted Sarah throughout my 2 week holiday, to reassure myself and everything was fine.
Sarah is honest, trustworthy and I would not hesitate to use her again or recommended her to family and friends.

Maggie
Maggie our adorable Border Collie loves to be out and loves to play with other dogs. She loves going out with Sarah and all the other Talley Wags dogs as she gets to play and run free. Maggie gets bored easily but I am confident she is happy and safe when out with Sarah. Sarah has also looked after Maggie when we went away for the weekend and I knew I did not have to worry as Maggie’s needs would be met fully. This is ideal as a kennel would not be suitable for Maggie she needs so much exercise. Maggie loves Sarah and is very excited to see her always which puts my mind at rest. Mena & Maggie, Marshside
Bramble & Oscar
Sarah has been 'cat-sitting' my beloved cats since I adopted them from the animal shelter three years ago, for periods ranging from a weekend away to a fortnight's holiday.
She is very conscientious, reliable and super with the cats, one of whom was very timid and scared of most people, but who got on with Sarah really well. The cats can enjoy the comfort of their own home and I can go away with complete confidence that they are bring well looked after.

Sally
Talley Wags offers a first class service for all of our pets, honest, trustworthy, reliable, flexible and friendly. Sarah has looked after our cat and chickens for many years, and for the last 18 months, we have used the dog walking service 3 times per week. Sally, our much loved young German Shepherd Dog, has a nervous personality, and she wasn’t used to socialising, with other dogs. Sarah’s patient approach using treats and praise has shown a huge increase in Sally’s confidence, and it is a joy to see her come back from her walks with her doggy friends, tired and happy. Sally is always excited to see Sarah or Zoe come to collect her, and we are confident she is in good hands. Sarah is always willing to try and accommodate our last minute requests for an extra walk, too, which is a huge help to us.

Holly
I have a cat called Holly. I found her abandoned on the coldest night of the year. Apparently she had been fending for herself for 6 weeks. She is still very nervous of strangers. I did not want to leave her in a cattery as it would have been too stressful for her. I was delighted to hear of Talleywags service and thought it would be ideal for Holly as it meant she could stay in her own environment. Sarah provided a first-class service looking after Holly. Holly was totally relaxed when I returned home and had even been playing with Sarah. I have no hesitation in recommending Talleywags. Sarah provides a thorough professional service. I went on holiday knowing that Holly would be looked after and I could also ring Sarah up at any time to see how Holly was. Sarah is reliable and completely trustworthy and I will be using her again. Snowy
We are the owners of a two year old Westiepoo called Snowy whom Sarah has been taking on group walks since he was 6 months old. Sarah has been invaluable to us. She has enabled us to have a happy family dog and also has made it possible for us to continue our normal working hours and also to attend family functions or appointments at short notice with piece of mind that Snowy will be with her and having lots of fun with his dog friends. On the occasions when Sarah has visited our home or we have seen her at events it is evident to see how much affection Snowy has for her. We are so pleased that we found Sarah and Lois and that we have a very contented dog we have and would recommend their services without hesition. Talleywags pet sitting service has been such a dependable, flexible and excellent service, I can't recommend it highly enough and don't know what I'd do without them.
Sarah has looked after our Golden retriever for over 2 years since she was a puppy. Initially helping socialise Heike and now walking her whilst I'm at work.
Sarah is highly professional ensuring all care and concerns are addressed, keeps us well informed of Heike's antics and any other services Talleywags can offer. She has often helped me out at short notice and I have no hesitation in leaving Heike in her care. On the few occasions I have been at home when she arrives to take Heike out for a walk, it is wonderful to see our dog's obvious delight and excitement.

Max & Winnie
Both me and my partner have found Tallywags petsitting services extremely helpful in looking after our 2 lively dalmations. From the outset Sarah has been professional and flexible and always keeps us infomed when she has visited the dogs or taken them for a walk as to how they are doing.
Being pregnant at the moment I have not been able to take the dogs for the walks I used to love going on and when my partner is away-I know I can count on sarah to take the dogs for a long walk and they come back happy and relaxed. As some events are impulsive and unplanned like trips to visit family in manchester etc, sarah has obliged often last minute to call in to see the dogs and feed them for us so we can relax a little and not have to rush back- real piece of mind!
The times I have been in the house and sarah has come round to take them out - the dogs are really excited to see her and I feel confident in her handling skills despite occasionally stubborn young dogs!

Harvey
Two years ago we found it necessary to source a dog walker for Harvey our Cockapoo. Talley wags came by recommendation to us and any concerns I had were eliminated as soon as I met Sarah. She came to meet Harvey, and went over everything with us. She is polite kind and professional. Harvey's confidence with other dogs has grown as he walks in a group with all sorts of dogs and breeds. Ozzy
Deciding who to entrust with our lively, large, young ridgeback was a decision we spent a long time researching, after all, we were handing over a member of our family to a complete stranger. On meeting Sarah, any concerns vanished as her confidence, experience and enthusiasm shone through. Ozzy adored Sarah from the start and loves the walks she takes him on. He only has to hear her voice now and he starts running around the hallway in excitement (confirmation that we made the right choice). Sarah not only walks Ozzy for us, often at a moments notice, but is always on hand for advice which as a new dog owner is fantastic support and has saved my skirting boards from being destroyed (any further). Laddy & Brin
When I realised that our new collie cross rescue dog had some fear aggression responses I found that I was unable to go for a long day out as I daren’t leave Laddie with anyone that I knew. Then I heard of Sarah at Talley Wags. Right from the start Sarah was obviously committed to providing an excellent service. When she first came to meet our boys, Brin and Laddie, her body language was so good that Laddie didn’t feel threatened by her. In fact both the dogs took to her straight away. She has since looked after my boys on several occasions and was so careful to go at Laddie’s pace that she is able to put a lead on him and take him for a walk without any sign of his aggressive behaviour.
A couple of times I have been held up somewhere or had an emergency and one phone call to Sarah was all that was necessary for me to know that Brin and Laddie would have the comfort break and meal they needed. Whenever I come home and Sarah has been in to care for the boys they are calm, fed, watered, exercised and generally very happy about life. I honestly don’t know what I would do without the Talley Wags service. It allows me to have a much needed break occasionally and to have peace of mind in an emergency.
Sarah’s knowledge of dog behaviour is extensive and her attitude is that the dogs come first. I’m committed to doing everything I can to help Laddie get over his problems and I know Sarah’s advice will be spot on because of her experience with rescue dogs and track record. Sarah is kind, sensible, reliable and wholly focused on my dogs’ needs.

Rocky
I inherited Rocky after my mum passed away. As you'd expected he was pining for her, and also had his life and daily routine dramatically changed as a result. My current work project requires me to travel and work away from home several days a week, so I had a tough decision to make. We have had Rocky for over 12 years, so I didn't want to give him away or put him into kennels.
Talleywags home visits provided me with the ideal solution! Talleywags allows me to travel for work safe in the knowledge that Rocky is being looked after. Rocky took to Sarah during her first meeting with him, which was great comfort to me. Sarah feeds and waters him, and has also helped administer medication for an ear infection he had.
Talleywags provides an excellent service that is invaluable to me, and I can't recommend them enough! Rocky is a very happy dog these days, in no small part thanks to Sarah and Talleywags! Brian, Southport
Dexter
Talleywags have been walking my blind dog Dexter since 2012 and I have also used them for overnight stays and home visits. When they have stayed over, the house is always left immaculate and Dexter is his normal happy self. Much better for him than using Kennels. They are flexible, easy to contact and always put the wellbeing of the Dogs first. Dexter is always well looked after and I can tell he has had a good walk and lots of fun. Willow
I find the service provided by Talleywags is excellent. I found it extremely reassuring to meet Sarah at our home and to allow her to meet Willow who was then only a puppy. On her first walk, Sarah got in touch to let us know how Willow had got on which again I found reassuring. I can now leave Willow at home happily knowing she will be going out for a good walk and will get to play with her friends. I find the cost very reasonable and it is money well spent. Diesel
Sarah / Talley Wags has been walking diesel for 2 years the service she provides is brilliant, flexible, reliably, trustworthy, diesel can be a boisterous puppy but nothing that Sarah or Zoe can't handle, he was socialised with other dogs from when he 1st went out on 1 to 1 and now with the rest of the gang, when we take him out he behaves like he's meant to and a lot of that is down to Talley Wags he learns a lot from Sarah, I can't recommend Talley Wags enough, as an owner we all like to know our pets are being properly taken care of, when Sarah or Zoe comes to pick him up his eyes light up, he's so excited to see them, to me thats so important that Diesel is happy and he is! - Nicola, Ainsdale
